What you will learn:
- How to initially set-up your new business – Planning and Administration
- How to be efficient in your new business – Organization and Operations
- How to effectively gain clients – Marketing and Selling
- How to properly freeze meals to retain excellence when heated – Packaging and Freezing
- Culinary Basics – a through review of safe food handling and food properties
The first 7 lessons will conclude with a 5 question quiz – not graded but required so to advance.
This training requires you to begin with lesson one, and proceed through the following lessons in order.
Once you have completed the entire program, you may return and navigate to whatever lesson you wish to review again.
