Culinary Business Institute Refund Policy

For online programs:

Online programs contain proprietary and intellectual knowledge. Once accessed, by the client  there will be no refunds issued after the Culinary Business Institute has been notified that a client login has opened a purchased program.

The Culinary Business Institute does offer online program special pricing at times. If the client has purchased a program, but has not logged into the site to begin their program, and they find a sale price being offered, prior to their first login, we will gladly refund the difference, however, you must contact the Culinary Business Institute before you gain access to that purchased program. After your initial login, we will be unable to afford a refund for the difference. All refunds will be in the form of a company check.

 

For Culinary Inspirations materials:

First, contact us at info@culinarybusinessinstitue.com to advise of your situation and request.

The Teaching Culinary Skills & Culinary Inspirations program is a combination of online, and physical elements purchase.

For any Culinary Inspirations physical elements purchased, a return for refund must be requested within 5 days of material delivery and all materials must be unopened.

If a Culinary Inspirations Instructor Manual and/or additional recipe card sets are ordered, and your package is damaged before delivery, you will be required to take a photo (or several) showing the extend of the damage. When some or all materials are deemed not worthy of use, we will gladly replace those items at our expense.

If any Culinary Inspirations physical products are purchased, then the buyer elects to not proceed, you will be required to return that package to us, unopened, at your expense. Upon receipt of this package and inspection, we will gladly refund your purchase via company check.

 

Gifts

If an individual purchases a program for a third party as a gift or otherwise, the above policy applies. You are required to inform the end user of our refund/return policies as listed above.
